Fifteen consecutive one-hour live sessions via Google Meet, with a maximum of 10 participants. EST/IST sessions led by Moni; MT, PST, CDT, and Atlantic zones led by Pallavi. Yoga blocks recommended.

Foundations of arm balancing, hip and hamstring flexibility, and Sun Salutation sequences A and B.
Days 8–11 Building Depth
Deeper forward folds, hip-opening work, and preparatory drills for splits and arm balances.
Days 12–15 Splits & Peak Poses
Progress to splits, advanced arm balances, and personalized peak poses.
