Week 1 Foundation & Breath Awareness

Introduction to basic Hatha Yoga postures, breath awareness, and beginner pranayama techniques. Body alignment and grounding practices.

Week 2 Building Strength & Focus

Strength-building sequences for core and legs. Breath–movement synchronization (asana + pranayama). Meditation for mental clarity and emotional balance.

Week 3 Flexibility & Energy Flow

Deep stretching for hips, spine, and shoulders. Chakra-based energy alignment through movement. Guided meditations and relaxation techniques.

Week 4 Integration & Holistic Well-being

Advanced breathwork (Nadi Shodhana, Bhramari). Asana refinement and posture holds for focus. Meditation, mantra, and introspective journaling.

Not at all. Our classes are designed for all levels from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Instructors provide modifications for each pose so you can practice safely at your own pace.
A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space. Optional props like blocks, straps or cushions help with alignment but aren’t necessary to get started.
We host live classes at times that suit various Canadian time zones. If you can’t join live, you’ll get access to recordings so you can practice whenever it fits your schedule.
