Day 4 Trimester-Specific Asana
Asana practices tailored to your trimester.
Day 5 Flow & Meditation
Sun salutations, asana, and meditation combined.
Day 6 Guided Meditation
Guided meditation and pranayama for deep relaxation.
Day 7 Pelvic Floor & Yoga Nidra
Pelvic floor strengthening and restorative yoga Nidra.
