During the school year: 2 yoga days + 1 meditation/pranayama day.
During vacations: 3 yoga days + 1 meditation/pranayama day.

Frequently asked questions

Classes are for children aged 4–12, divided into three developmental groups (4–6, 7–9, 10–12).
No experience required the program is beginner-friendly with step-by-step guidance.
A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. Instructors provide props and music virtually.
Through storytelling, music, breathing games, visual demonstrations, and small-group interaction with direct instructor feedback.
