Designed exclusively for mothers who are at least 3 months postpartum and ready to rebuild strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness. Whether you're 3 months or 10 years after delivery, this program supports your journey toward weight transformation, core restoration, improved energy, and overall well-being through expert-guided yoga.
Our instructors create a personalized practice plan that fits your time zone and your baby's routine, making it easier to stay consistent no matter where you are in the world.

The first phase focuses on healing, awareness, and nervous system regulation. Many mothers experience exhaustion, emotional overwhelm, loss of confidence, and a disconnect from their bodies after childbirth. We begin by rebuilding the foundation

PHASE 2 (Weeks 5-8)

Rebuild Strength & Stability

With a stronger foundation in place, we progressively strengthen the deep core and pelvic floor while improving overall body stability.

PHASE 3 (Weeks 9–12)

Transform & Thrive

The final phase focuses on sustainable strength, healthy weight transformation, confidence, and long-term wellness.
