30 hours of live instruction
16 days of instruction with flexible completion, delivered live via Google Meet. Four classes each week three yoga sessions plus one meditation/breathwork session across multiple time zones. Maximum 8 participants for personal attention. Taught in English (instructor also speaks Hindi).
